Alyson Sauter’s Bio
Alyson Sauter is a community builder and nonprofit professional driven by a deep belief in the power of connection, belonging, and resilience to create thriving communities. Grounded in frameworks that emphasize collaboration, capacity building, and equitable resource sharing, she works to empower individuals and organizations to create lasting impact.
A lifelong St. Croix Valley resident, Alyson’s decade-long career in the nonprofit sector spans leadership roles with United Way St. Croix & Red Cedar Valleys, the YMCA, and Youth Action Hudson. She is currently a Community Development Educator with UW-Madison Extension, where she continues to partner with organizations and local leaders to build strong, inclusive communities.
